FileScan Tool Pro is a powerful workflow management application with which you can create workflows that can perform a wide variety of tasks. Create scheduled- or hotfolder triggered workflows to copy, move or purge files, use the workflow-commands to direct and control the flow of the workflow based on certain conditions, run IfThenElse, ForEach, ForNext, SelectCase style commands but with an easy interface, perform string-manipulation or use the power of regular-expressions to setup your file-filters or to manipulate strings, use/create internal variables to store and use your data, view the realtime logging with the builtin LogViewer, view the file-queues of your hotfolder-workflows etc.. All processing is done by a very efficient daemon-proces which runs as a service in the background. Let the Configuration Manager make automatic backups of your configurations for you, so you'll always have previous configurations to go back to. The modular-design ensures a very open and flexible architexture where it's very easy to update or add functionality without the need to change the core-application. The full-version also has a "Plugins SDK" with which you can write your own FST-Pro plugins which will be seamlessly integrated.
